Integrate complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems; manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle; apply model-based engineering and AI-enabled tools; and support design validation. Collaborate with suppliers, engineering specialists, and stakeholders to deliver technical requirements. The role focuses on sustainable transportation, electrification, connectivity, autonomy, and innovative vehicle development.

Manage franchising and bid activities for UK public procurement opportunities. Build relationships with Combined Authorities, coordinate cross-functional tender submissions, analyze customer requirements, and ensure compliant, competitive responses. The role supports business development, represents customer needs throughout the tender process, and helps secure future business. Strong organization, communication, commercial awareness, attention to detail, deadline management, and willingness to travel are essential.

Manage a portfolio of IT and technology change projects from initiation through implementation. Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while maintaining planning, governance, risk management, communications, and delivery controls. Projects support engineering, operations, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and customer solutions. The role drives business objectives, process improvements, digital transformation, automation, and other strategic technology initiatives to successful completion.

Manage end-to-end customer contract lifecycle from order won to delivery. Translate customer requirements into specifications, manage change and issues, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) to meet contractual commitments on time, cost, and quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
