Drive sales growth in the marine/shipping sector by identifying new business, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation, developing tailored solutions, delivering presentations and demos, collaborating with delivery teams, conducting market analysis, and representing the company at industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

Coordinate and monitor transport orders, liaise with external hauliers and internal stakeholders, plan and allocate deliveries, maintain reporting datasets, conduct site observations and haulier audits, ensure KPI and regulatory compliance, identify operational gaps, and support ad-hoc projects.

Monitor SIEM and security tools to detect, triage, and escalate incidents; document forensic findings; perform initial containment and mitigation; develop playbooks and SOPs; research threats; participate in training and red/blue exercises; collaborate with security teams to improve posture.

Support implementation and monitoring of HSE systems for marine operations. Conduct vessel audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and emergency planning while tracking HSE metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support shipyard newbuilding and repair for bulk carriers and LNG vessels. Roles include hull, machinery, electrical, paint inspection, and project supervision. Coordinate projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and work with shipyard teams to meet quality standards. Positions based in China; Mandarin is advantageous.

Manage end-to-end procurement from PR to PO, source and onboard suppliers with competitive quotes, negotiate terms, generate and amend POs, coordinate logistics for spare parts to vessels, resolve invoice/PO discrepancies, support finance uploads, participate in tenders and improvement initiatives, and uphold safety culture.

Lead HR functions for shipyard and marine services: recruit and manage contractors and blue-collar staff, handle employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, workforce planning, HR records, and reporting to support operational goals.

Plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls and risks; prepare working papers and reports; investigate suspected fraud; recommend corrective actions; follow up on implementation; collaborate with departments and stay current on regulatory and best-practice changes related to governance, risk, and internal controls.
