Support chartering department with cargo allocation, charter party negotiations, vessel scheduling, client and shipowner communication, market intelligence analysis, and assistance to the Senior Chartering Manager. Help resolve chartering issues and provide regular market updates.

Manage end-to-end procurement from PR to PO, source and onboard suppliers with competitive quotes, negotiate terms, generate and amend POs, coordinate logistics for spare parts to vessels, resolve invoice/PO discrepancies, support finance uploads, participate in tenders and improvement initiatives, and uphold safety culture.
