Lead commercial chartering for a tanker fleet: deploy vessels, negotiate charters, manage CoA and charter party contracts, optimize voyage profitability, analyze market trends, resolve disputes with legal/claims, and support financial planning and reporting.

Lead full-cycle implementation, support, and optimization of the MariApps SmartPAL PMS module. Analyze and improve maintenance and procurement workflows, elicit requirements, produce functional specs and test cases, coordinate UAT, manage vendor deliverables, train end users, and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver operational value.

Support vessel technical operations through document management, stakeholder coordination, invoice tracking, and project scheduling. Maintain compliance records, assist project managers with budgeting and risk tracking, and use PM tools (Gantt charts, schedules, DMS) to keep projects on course.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, act as primary client contact, coordinate internal teams, monitor account performance, support renewals and contract negotiations, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive growth and retention.

Manage AML/CFT and sanctions compliance, perform KYC/CDD and transaction monitoring; conduct credit assessments, set and monitor credit limits and exposures; manage receivables, support collections and dispute resolution; facilitate basic trade finance (LCs) and coordinate with Trading and Accounts to mitigate financial and credit risk.

Lead bunkering operations including fleet planning, vessel scheduling, fuel custody and STS transfers. Ensure compliance with SS648 and QMBS, drive safety and quality, manage budgets and KPIs, lead and train operations staff, and implement process and digital improvements to optimize efficiency and cost.

Lead management of marine insurance policies and claims for the fleet, coordinate with insurers and legal, conduct risk assessments, develop insurance procedures, monitor regulations, negotiate premiums, and collaborate with operations, legal, and finance to protect company assets.

Drive revenue growth in the maritime sector by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, creating strategic plans, collaborating internally, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events while reporting on pipeline and market insights.

Provide hands-on support and training in operation, maintenance, and mobilization of ROVs for subsea operations. Assist operators during dives, learn troubleshooting, maintain equipment, document activities, and participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.

Manage planning and execution of planned maintenance projects for offshore vessels: develop technical specs, budgets and schedules; supervise shipyard operations and suppliers; track technical and financial progress; ensure HSE compliance; and drive process improvements within the Technical Department.
