Manage day-to-day operations of the Work Ready Oklahoma site, supervise and train staff, coordinate workshops and curriculum delivery, maintain program databases and HIPAA compliance, build community and employer partnerships, oversee reporting and participant outcomes, and support recruitment and events.

Hands-on accounting role owning day-to-day general ledger activities: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial analysis, audit support, and process improvements to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Provide administrative and program support for the WRO Employment Center including data entry, recordkeeping, report preparation, meeting logistics, participant tracking, HIPAA-compliant record maintenance, front-desk duties, and occasional community outreach or event support.
