Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, change management, and HR strategy to support organizational goals.

Hands-on accounting role owning day-to-day general ledger activities: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial analysis, audit support, and process improvements to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and reconciliations; prepare and post payroll-related journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts; support month-end/year-end close and audits; analyze payroll and benefit variances; maintain documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Provide high-level administrative and executive support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation and proofreading, expense reconciliation, confidential record keeping, meeting coordination and follow-up, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and cross-departmental project support. Serve as liaison to staff and leadership, assist with special projects, order office supplies, and ensure smooth corporate office operations.
