Advise students on degree programs, course selection, academic policies, degree requirements, scheduling, and career options. Monitor academic progress, support at-risk students, manage study planning, and connect students with university resources. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and departments while supporting active-duty students with flexible learning options and deployment-related academic planning. Ensure compliance with university, licensing, accreditation, privacy, and education regulations.

Serves as the university’s Chief Academic Officer, overseeing academic programs, faculty credentials and recruitment, curriculum development, course scheduling, accreditation and regulatory compliance, assessment, academic budgets, strategic planning, institutional resources, and division leadership. The Academic Programs Coordinator oversees Business and IT program operations, ensuring compliance, student success, and effective communication among stakeholders.

Provides administrative support to nursing program faculty and students, manages communications, schedules appointments, coordinates projects, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Collects, cleans, and analyzes institutional data; produces reports, dashboards, and visualizations; supports accreditation and compliance; designs surveys and assessments; conducts longitudinal and cohort analyses; and provides evidence-based recommendations to university leadership.
