Design, develop, and support the Data Warehouse and reporting systems. Build and optimize SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and SQL ETL/queries. Ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, and mentor team members while collaborating with business units to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

Maintain and develop SQL data systems, optimize queries and performance, implement security and disaster recovery measures, support reporting and IT projects, and review database changes and models.

Design data models, implement automation workflows, support enterprise deployments, ensure governance/security/compliance, and participate across the full SDLC.

Analyze and reconcile provider claims payments, credit memos, recoupments, levies and payment adjustments. Validate payment files (EFT/835/RA), prepare financial reports and reconciliations, research discrepancies, support audits, test system enhancements, and develop reporting tools while collaborating with Claims, IT, Provider Relations, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant provider payment processing.

Coordinate and lead network development projects to build qualified service provider networks; manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, dashboards/Smartsheet reporting, provider recruitment, and RFP/RFA/RFI processes to improve network capacity, access, cultural competency, and quality.
