Provides front-desk communication and administrative support for the hospital and Executive Office. Answers and directs incoming calls, relays messages, pages staff, implements emergency intercom procedures, handles mail distribution, and delivers exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

The Grant Accountant performs grant accounting functions, supports grant administration, ensures compliance with regulations, and collaborates with management on processes.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Finance division, including filing, reception, basic bookkeeping assistance, organization, time management, and confidential handling of financial materials. Report to the Chief Financial Officer and perform office tasks Monday–Friday; may lift supplies up to 20 pounds.
