The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for developing client relationships, generating leads, promoting trench shoring equipment rentals, and meeting sales quotas in the construction industry.

Develop and execute solution-based sales strategies for engineered systems, manage key accounts, provide technical product training and demonstrations, collaborate with engineering, negotiate contracts, oversee installations and technical support, analyze market trends, and mentor outside sales teams to close complex, long-lead opportunities.

Process and update payroll system for hires, terminations, rate changes, hours and deductions; prepare payroll input sheets, reports, and third-party payments; distribute paychecks and handle unscheduled payroll transactions and records maintenance.
