The Staff Accountant prepares executive reports, royalty calculations, account reconciliations, month-end journal entries, financial statements, and audit schedules. The role supports inventory counts, system close activities, transaction coding, account reclassifications, and store inquiries. Success requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective prioritization. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of accounting experience are required; NetSuite and bilingual English-Spanish skills are preferred.

Performs daily retail accounting activities, including sales and tender reconciliations, deposit verification, variance research, POS-to-accounting discrepancy resolution, accounts receivable support, month-end close assistance, account reconciliations, audit schedules, and inventory count support. Partners with store leadership, IT, Credit, and other teams to resolve transaction issues and support new store openings. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Creates, schedules, and publishes social media content across multiple platforms; manages online communities, customer sentiment insights, influencer relationships, product seeding, and user-generated content campaigns. Researches trends, supports content strategy, edits photo and video, tracks campaign performance, and collaborates with Brand, Digital, Events, and Product teams. The role is based primarily in-office in Dallas with up to 30% travel.

Support retail planning by analyzing inventory and sales data, executing store replenishments, monitoring stock levels, building model stock and reporting tools, partnering with retail and demand planning teams, and managing ad hoc projects to improve in‑stock, sell-through, and turnover KPIs.
