Lead marketing operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of brand campaigns. Own intake, workflows, SLAs, resource forecasting, project tools, and team development. Align cross-functional partners, optimize systems (Airtable), manage timelines and approvals, and drive process improvements to maximize throughput and stakeholder satisfaction.

Serve as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
