Provide administrative support to the STEM department and Dean: coordinate operations, scheduling, records, purchasing, course and web content updates, adjunct contracts, cashiering, student and visitor assistance, event setup, and liaison duties with Burleson ISD and campus maintenance. Participate in continuous improvement and assist with budget and invoice processing.
