Lead the Financial Accounting function for a charity arts organisation, ensuring strong internal controls, statutory reporting, tax and payroll compliance, systems optimisation, and audit management. Manage and develop a small finance team, support financial strategy and business planning, and provide timely, accurate financial information to support budgeting and decision-making.

Lead development and continuous improvement of core digital platforms (CRM, ticketing, class management). Define roadmap, manage day-to-day configuration, ensure data quality, oversee integrations and reporting, liaise with teams and external venues, and champion best practices to improve processes and user experience.

Provide administrative support to the Development team focused on Corporate Partnerships and Trusts/Foundation fundraising: manage ticket allocations and Beacon updates, coordinate guest lists and RSVPs, support meetings, expenses and travel, respond to supporter enquiries, provide event logistics (evenings/weekends), and act as an ambassador for English National Ballet.
