Lead electrical design and support for industrial power distribution and control systems. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, ensure code compliance, support manufacturing and project execution, and improve system performance and reliability.

Design and apply data center electrical power distribution solutions. Prepare proposals, drawings, and submittals; support projects through manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and startup. Provide technical guidance on STS and PDU applications, troubleshoot onsite, deliver training, participate in testing, and collaborate with sales, customers, and product teams. Travel ~25-35%.

Lead sourcing and supplier development for manufactured electrical power distribution components. Develop procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, interpret engineering drawings, support ETO/custom programs, and maintain purchasing data in ERP to ensure material availability, cost reduction, and alignment with manufacturing schedules.

Design and support power distribution equipment: select components, create schematics and BOMs, perform circuit and thermal design, test and troubleshoot hardware, assist with certifications (UL/CSA/IEC), and produce technical documentation for manufacturing and customers.

Lead multidisciplinary aerospace engineering teams from concept through production, manage multiple programs, ensure FAA/DoD regulatory compliance, oversee budgets/schedules, recruit and mentor staff, implement engineering standards and AS9100/Lean practices, and support proposals while driving safety, manufacturability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead all accounting and finance operations including general ledger, AP/AR, close, financial reporting, cash and treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, audits, and team leadership to support strategic business decisions.

Lead large-scale electrical infrastructure programs from contract award through production, shipment, and customer acceptance. Establish plans, schedules, and milestones; manage risks, budgets, and quality; coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, and customer communications; handle contracts, change control, billing milestones, FAT, and project closeout.

Drive manufacturing operational excellence by analyzing performance data, identifying process improvements, leading improvement projects (5S, Six Sigma), coaching employees, supporting CAPEX projects, and integrating business systems to improve safety, efficiency, and measurable performance.
