Own and grow key client accounts through relationship management, retention, upselling, strategic account planning, and business development. Translate client needs into internal strategies, oversee projects from planning through delivery, monitor performance and profitability, present recommendations, and improve service quality and processes. The role also leads client meetings, collaborates with internal teams, maintains account documentation, and mentors junior team members.
