Run day-to-day performance campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, turning raw campaign data into actionable insights and dashboards. Build and test creative, targeting and bidding strategies, partner with Growth, Analytics, Creative and Sales to drive acquisition and measurable results.

Manage end-to-end employment and contractor documentation workflows: prepare and issue contracts via e-signature, maintain contractor/EOR registers, coordinate onboarding/offboarding legal docs, liaise with Legal/People/Finance, track renewals and approvals, and improve workflows and controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Identify, engage and manage relationships with investors across the attendee lifecycle. Maintain investor pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with BI and cross-functional teams to generate leads, represent Web Summit at global events, and drive investor engagement and account management.
