Produce planning, design, documentation, and permitting for outside plant (FTTx) fiber build-outs (buried, underground, aerial). Read maps and drawings, create fiber schematics and designs, coordinate with project managers, permitting, and field teams, and deliver accurate client-ready deliverables on schedule.

Lead senior-level consulting engagements for broadband and telecommunications clients, advising C-level executives on organizational design, process improvement, operational transformation, and strategy. Manage multi-disciplinary projects from assessment through implementation, develop performance metrics and governance, drive business development, and mentor consultants to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Consult with broadband and telecom clients to analyze business processes, recommend improvements, lead cross-functional projects, develop presentations and workshops, and manage client relationships while supporting up to 20% travel.

Manage execution of OSP fiber design and implementation projects: coordinate residents/inspectors and construction vendors, track schedules, budgets and risks, provide status updates to clients, and ensure each phase is delivered to required standards. Support FTTH/FTTX construction delivery and stakeholder communication. Travel ~10–20% as needed.

Advise broadband clients on post-award grant compliance and telecom regulatory matters. Manage financial/reporting requirements (2 CFR 200), develop compliance frameworks and internal controls, prepare regulatory filings (FCC, USAC, PUC), provide client training and documentation, liaise with agencies, conduct regulatory research, and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and communications.
