Lead and manage OSP FTTH design projects, directing engineers and CAD/GIS technicians to deliver high- and low-level designs, field verification/staking, permitting, and as-built plans on schedule and budget. Coordinate with clients, construction teams, and stakeholders, provide status updates, manage risks, and ensure design alignment and quality.
