Supports day-to-day ecommerce trading for the Mint Velvet website, including performance and customer data analysis, trade reporting, category and product-page optimisation, campaign and product launches, testing, competitor monitoring, and promotional activity. The role collaborates with Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, Content, and Product teams to improve conversion, engagement, customer experience, and website performance.

Own the end-to-end sales ledger process across stores, ecommerce, concessions, and wholesale channels. Responsibilities include processing sales and receipts, performing reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end and year-end close, maintaining financial controls, producing analysis, and responding to account queries. The role also supports ERP enhancements, UAT testing, automation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, and IT teams.

Create high-quality digital assets for website, email, social and paid channels; define and maintain visual identity for a new fashion brand; support campaigns, product launches and Shopify content; collaborate with marketing, social and ecommerce teams to drive brand consistency and commercial performance.

Provides commercial finance analysis, trading and profitability reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and decision support. Partners with Retail, Marketing, and Head Office stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and investment returns. Supports store appraisals, marketing ROI analysis, dashboards, management information, reporting automation, and strategic projects.

The Supply Chain Admin Assistant will ensure compliance and efficiency in stock movement by supporting imports and exports, coordinating with Freight Forwarders, and calculating associated costs.
