Generate and qualify donor partner leads through high-volume outbound and inbound outreach across phone, text, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn; use Salesforce to track activity; assess alignment with Stand Together's mission; and hand off qualified prospects to major gift officers.

Own architecture and reliability of backend systems for consumer-facing web apps. Design and maintain scalable APIs, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and CMS integrations. Mentor engineers, enforce engineering standards, improve deployment and security practices, and partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features.

Lead HR technology strategy and execution as the primary IT partner for People. Stabilize and improve HRIS and supporting systems, define governance and intake/prioritization, align HR systems with enterprise data and IT architecture, coordinate releases, and translate HR priorities into scalable system roadmaps and operational improvements.

The Content and Communications Specialist will coordinate content development, support storytelling efforts, manage communication workflows, and assist with learning experiences for partners, focusing on narrative discovery and operational excellence.
