Designs and coordinates sprinkler systems for main-contract construction projects, producing working drawings, hydraulic calculations, completion documentation, and material schedules. Coordinates with clients, architects, consultants, builders, suppliers, and subcontractors; attends site meetings; supports procurement and equipment management; monitors design programs; and may lead or mentor team members. The role requires sprinkler-industry design expertise, knowledge of LPC, Factory Mutual, and NFPA standards, CAD proficiency, occasional travel, and a full driving license.
