Lead multiple cross-functional manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and success metrics; coordinating production, engineering, quality, supply chain, technology, and leadership teams; monitoring performance; communicating status; resolving issues; supporting technology implementations, capital projects, product launches, process improvements, safety, quality, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Supports project administration, communications, document control, filing, transmittals, spreadsheets, correspondence, meeting coordination, shipping, and distribution of project information. Maintains confidential records and organizes complex Bluebeam documents while coordinating with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Designs scalable, secure, and maintainable Manufacturing Intelligence architectures across enterprise and industrial environments. Translates business requirements into system designs, data flows, integration strategies, and technical standards. Leads architecture reviews, integration planning, implementation guidance, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Integrates MI platforms with ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC, historian, database, cloud, and industrial systems using protocols such as REST, MQTT, and OPC UA. Serves as technical authority and mentors delivery teams.

Supports the design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and adoption of Manufacturing Intelligence solutions. Assists with SQL queries, scripts, dashboards, reports, software components, and integrations involving ERP systems, databases, PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians, and industrial devices. Participates in requirements gathering, process mapping, troubleshooting, user-acceptance testing, documentation, commissioning, training, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior specialists and architects.

Designs conceptual, preliminary, and final high-voltage substation structures, foundations, lightning protection systems, bus systems, and factory-built structures. Prepares and reviews structural and foundation calculations, drawings, equipment specifications, and layouts for code and customer compliance. Coordinates with project managers, customers, and internal teams, supports proposals and schedules, resolves technical and construction issues, and answers customer questions.

Supports project engineering teams with structural and physical high-voltage substation design. Responsibilities include structural calculations, steel sizing, foundation design, electrical clearance review, bus and layout checking, structural modeling in Autodesk Inventor, drawing preparation, code compliance, technical guidance, customer specification review, and coordination with design and project management teams.

Administer and improve Crest Operations’ hybrid IT environment across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and endpoint platforms. Responsibilities include identity and access management, endpoint configuration, patching, migrations, backups, recovery testing, monitoring, root-cause troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell and APIs, documentation, ITIL-based ticket and change management, and proactive risk identification.

Owns month-end close activities, prepares financial statements and audit schedules, reconciles general ledger accounts, investigates variances, records journal entries, supports accounts payable and audits, and maintains accounting procedures and controls. The role applies GAAP, communicates findings across accounting teams, performs aircraft audits, and completes special projects with accuracy and disciplined documentation.

Leads high-volume recruiting and onboarding for field and office operations. Manages the recruiting team, forecasts workforce needs, oversees full-cycle hiring, and ensures new hires complete documentation, screenings, safety orientations, license verification, and site requirements. Tracks recruiting metrics, maintains audit-ready records, partners with operations and HR, and improves hiring and onboarding processes. Industrial, construction, skilled-craft, and turnaround staffing experience are preferred.
