Manage a distributed solution configuration team supporting multiple partner implementations. Responsibilities include team leadership, capacity planning, workload allocation, implementation scheduling, risk and dependency management, performance reporting, process improvement, documentation, and Jira and Confluence administration. Own sales enablement strategy, including product and sales alignment, onboarding, training, certifications, competitive intelligence, battlecards, and reseller support. Manage enablement content and tools in Salesforce and CMS platforms, measure adoption and sales performance, conduct win/loss analysis, and report ROI. Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Growth Marketing to strengthen messaging, improve seller effectiveness, and reduce new representative ramp time.

Lead the company’s ML/AI platform from experimentation through production, including SageMaker training infrastructure, model serving, inference pipelines, MLOps, and Java microservice integrations. Set AI/ML technical direction, develop GenAI and LLM retrieval and agent architectures, establish evaluation and safety guardrails, and partner with data science, DevOps, product, and engineering leadership on scalable ML roadmaps.

Lead the implementation and management of add-on solutions for financial institution partners, enhancing product success and optimizing client relationships.

Lead a cross-functional enterprise AI adoption program: design governance, prioritize AI use cases, run change management and enablement, measure adoption and ROI, manage vendor/tool alignment, and report progress to the C-suite and Board.
