Support multifamily development accounting by reviewing general ledger activity, preparing project cost allocation files, coordinating monthly project draw submissions and lender funding (HUD), overseeing cost coding and draw due diligence, analyzing income statements for debt service coverage, and assisting with Section 42 tax credit submissions. Provide administrative support and learn development/construction platforms while reporting to the VP of Development and Finance.

Provide mobile, hands-on operational, leasing, administrative, compliance, and financial support to apartment communities across a region. Assist with staffing gaps, lease-ups, resident relations, rent collection, audits, and special projects while partnering with onsite teams and regional leadership to improve occupancy, retention, and community performance.
