Provide quality support across design, procurement, manufacturing, and test activities. Establish inspection programs, perform and coordinate inspections and testing, support supplier evaluation, maintain ISO 9001 QMS compliance, coordinate internal audits, and lead root-cause corrective actions to ensure fabricated modules meet project delivery and quality requirements.

Support engineering project planning and execution for cooling system/product designs. Coordinate design reviews, manage engineering resources and schedules, track BOMs, oversee vendor submittals, assist cost and compliance activities, and participate in ISO audits to ensure projects meet specs, timelines, and budgets.

Manage and direct engineering and design activities for product development and project execution, coordinating internal/external resources, schedules, budgets, design reviews (30/60/90, PDR/CDR/DDR), RFIs/ECRs/CORs, BOM alignment, vendor submittals, and ISO 9001 audits to ensure products meet specifications, codes, and KPIs.

The Application Engineer will analyze project weather profiles, design thermal performance models, assess financial impacts, and support business development through technical writing and presentations.

Manage small-to-medium complex projects from inception through closeout, including kickoffs, schedule and budget development, contract and scope review, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, fabrication/installation oversight, inspections, change orders, cash flow tracking, NPI gate reviews, and ISO 9001 audit preparation. Ensure timely deliverables, client communications, and warranty/corrective actions.

Support project managers across project phases: coordinate kickoffs, schedules, contracts, procurement, fabrication/shop inspections, documentation, change orders, client/vendor communication, project closeout, and ISO 9001 audit preparation.

Manage small-to-medium complex projects from inception to close: lead kick-offs, create execution plans and budgets, monitor schedules and cash flow, coordinate internal teams, vendors and contractors, oversee fabrication/installation/start-up, handle change orders, audits, NPI gate reviews, and warranty corrective actions.

Produce technical drawings and 3D models for electrical and controls systems for modular cooling plants. Coordinate with engineers and designers, prepare schematics, I/O and loop diagrams, bills of materials, support procurement, manufacturing, testing and commissioning, and provide technical bid support.

Lead and manage mechanical engineering and design teams to develop modular cooling plants. Perform mechanical design, equipment selection, piping and stress analysis, prepare engineering deliverables, support bids, vendor evaluations, factory/site supervision, and provide technical support throughout procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
