The Controller oversees financial and compliance functions, preparing reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance for affordable housing properties. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, audits, budgets, and internal controls, while mentoring staff and providing financial support for property management.

Manages operations across multiple enhanced shelters, supervises staff and shelter managers, ensures participant safety, coordinates vendors and community partners, maintains rosters and supplies, handles intake and incidents, documents operational issues, responds to emergencies, and supports compliance, training, and program policies.

Performs accounting and payroll support for LIHI, partnerships, and LLCs. Responsibilities include processing check runs and vendor payments, maintaining W-9 and internal control compliance, transferring bank payment information, supporting audits, entering payroll changes, preparing grant billing and payroll reports, resolving timecard issues, and assisting with state reporting and administrative accounting tasks.

Performs accounting and finance functions, including account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, budgeting, AP and AR processing, audit schedules, grant and contract accounting, and process improvement. The role also manages departmental paperwork, supports training, and collaborates with senior management. This is a full-time, fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.

Supervise and train shelter staff, maintain safety and cleanliness of the enhanced shelter, coordinate vendors and maintenance, manage intakes and records, respond to incidents and emergencies, conduct outreach and community engagement, and document operations and incidents in assigned systems.

The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director, manage communications, organize administrative projects, maintain the calendar, and assist with fundraising efforts and other tasks as assigned.

Serve as an internal HR consultant aligning HR with organizational strategy. Manage investigations, leave and accommodation intake, corrective actions, union grievance responses, L&I and OSHA/WISHA compliance, and advise managers on employee relations. Coordinate HR projects, track HR data, and support policy development and training.

Serve as primary technical contact during phone and computer system migrations: coordinate projects, manage vendor/telecom communication, provide troubleshooting and technical guidance, document progress, and support continuous improvement.

Oversee a portfolio of supportive and affordable housing properties, lead and supervise property and program teams, ensure resident safety and stability, manage budgets/compliance (HUD, LIHTC), coordinate maintenance/capital projects, and support resident services and community engagement. Ensure accurate reporting, funder compliance, and implement policies promoting trauma-informed, low-barrier supportive housing.
