Supports the Controller across daily accounting operations, multi-entity general ledger management, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, and internal controls. The role prepares reconciliations and GAAP financial statements, improves accounting processes and systems, supports acquisitions, and mentors accounting staff while collaborating with Revenue Cycle, HR/Payroll, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Leads end-to-end IT project management, including planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and governance reporting. Conducts business analysis, translates requirements into technology solutions, supports IT Steering Committee activities, and develops Power BI reports and dashboards using data from SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, Power Query, and DAX. Serves as a liaison between IT and business units while managing multiple initiatives and promoting process improvement.
