Lead business development and delivery of large, complex waterfront programs in Florida and the Caribbean. Manage multidisciplinary teams, project financials, schedules, budgets, and subconsultants; mitigate risks; report to executives; mentor staff; build client and partner relationships; ensure quality management and compliance; and perform occasional domestic and international travel and site visits.

Perform coastal climate impact and risk assessments, support shoreline adaptation planning and nature-based designs, manage project scopes/budgets, coordinate with clients, regulators, and teams, support proposals and community outreach, and conduct Bay Area site visits.

Support engineering, planning, and architecture teams by producing and updating drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit, assist in project coordination, site visits, data collection, and preparation of reports and presentations within multidisciplinary maritime and infrastructure projects.

Support LATAM accounting: prepare financial records, maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts monthly, create journal entries, clear suspense accounts, and reconcile with third-party/local financial statements. Occasional travel required.
