Support commercial activities for refractory products by providing technical product information, assisting sales and customer service, tracking segment performance, preparing reports, collaborating with R&D and engineering on product development and lining layouts, and participating in trainings and sales calls. Role requires project coordination and up to ~35% domestic travel.

Manage outbound warehouse operations: enforce EHS and QC, load products per slips and QC clearance, perform stocktakes and documentation, coordinate departments, allocate manpower, operate/oversee forklifts/crane handling, maintain housekeeping, 5S and participate in Kaizen improvements.

Perform inbound supply-chain warehouse tasks: safely unload and store raw/packing materials, manage stock counts and documentation, coordinate with departments and contractors, maintain 5S and EHS compliance, participate in continuous improvement (KAIZEN).
