Manage end-to-end Irish payroll processing (weekly and monthly), pensions and benefits administration, statutory reporting and compliance, payroll reconciliations and journals (SAP/ERP, BlackLine), audits, and stakeholder liaison with HR, finance, trustees and third-party providers.

Develop and deliver store resource plans, forecasts, and scheduling demand curves; optimise workforce management systems; produce planning reports and MI; give resourcing recommendations; support change and transformation with store and central stakeholders.

Lead architecture strategy for Central domain (Finance, HR, Property); define target states and roadmaps; drive multi-year technology blueprints, governance and standards; ensure solutions meet enterprise, security and platform requirements; advise domain leadership and align Product and Engineering to deliver transformation.

Design scalable AI solution patterns, operating models, governance, and architectures for content and marketing. Assess platforms and vendors, translate prioritized AI use cases into platform requirements, solution designs, and delivery roadmaps, and define reusable standards to enable rollout across teams.

Partner with International Online and Logistics teams to provide commercial finance insight, lead weekly trade reporting, build driver-based models, manage budgeting/forecasting and P&L, analyse fulfilment and inventory costs, develop business cases, and standardise finance processes to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
