Lead employee communications, engagement and experience for ~4,000 staff at HKBU. Develop and run communication campaigns, onboarding, recognition, wellbeing, ED&I and sustainability initiatives; organise staff events and awards; build partnerships across units and lead a team to strengthen culture, belonging and staff connection.

Lead international partnerships and student mobility initiatives; design and run global education programmes, events, and conferences; build and maintain relationships with universities, industry and government stakeholders; manage multicultural teams and coordinate operational details to support the International Office’s global engagement goals.

Coordinate and oversee orchestra rehearsals, concerts, tours, and instrument management; handle venue bookings, equipment setup, inventory and maintenance; provide administrative and logistical support for musicians, conductors and guest soloists; plan tour logistics and prepare tour materials; support other music-related projects.

Provide administrative support for research postgraduate programmes across the student lifecycle: admissions, enrolment, registration, graduation. Maintain and vet student records and programme data, compile and analyse statistics and reports, and assist on various administrative projects and tasks.
