Manage and grow global technical partner relationships for the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. Develop and execute partnership activation campaigns, coordinate marketing collateral and cross-functional delivery, monitor performance and ROI, manage budgets and stakeholder communications, and support hospitality and race-weekend events. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and requires international travel across the Formula One calendar.

Leads strategic development across a global partnerships portfolio, creating insight-led strategies aligned with partner objectives and commercial goals. Drives portfolio reviews, performance optimization, ROI, retention, and growth; integrates partnerships with broader marketing activity; develops planning tools and team capability; coaches direct reports; and advises senior leadership. Represents the team in senior partner relationships, business reviews, strategic planning, and renewal discussions.

Lead CAD process and tool development for F1 car design: manage CAD configuration and user support, drive process improvements, collaborate with PLM and design teams, run UAT, deliver training, and evaluate new tools to boost design workflow and compliance with FIA regulations.
