The Procurement Specialist manages the procurement lifecycle, including market analysis, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, payment terms, and supplier performance. The role assesses supplier risk, supports contracts and audits, maintains procurement data and SOPs in Epicor, resolves invoice queries, and promotes compliance, sustainability, Lean practices, and cost reduction. It also supports make-versus-buy decisions, continuous improvement, and international procurement activities.

Lead multiple engineering projects from initiation through completion, managing plans, schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, contractual compliance, and quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The role includes ERP-based reporting, project governance, scope and issue management, continuous improvement, and coaching Project Engineers while helping establish project-management best practices across the business.
