Support day-to-day accounting across Mexico, Peru, and the U.S.: journal entries, GL and bank reconciliations (multi-currency), intercompany accounting, AP/AR, cost allocations, payroll accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, vendor management, and process improvement/automation initiatives.

Process customer invoices, payments, credits and journals across multiple entities and currencies; manage accounts receivable, follow up on overdue accounts and claims; support KYC, credit checks and credit insurance; prepare age analyses, collection forecasts and customer statements; collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure compliant recordkeeping.

Manage Mexico and U.S. tax compliance, reporting, provisions, reconciliations, and audits. Coordinate cross-border tax matters and transfer pricing, support regulatory audits, improve tax processes and controls, and collaborate with external advisors. Maintain tax calendars and use ERP/accounting systems to automate and document tax activities.

Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to close-out, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget. Lead cross-functional teams, gather and document business requirements, create scope/process/test/UAT documentation, drive process improvements, manage risks and quality, and report progress to stakeholders.

Manage semi-monthly and monthly payroll across the Americas, administer benefits, maintain employee records, support onboarding and leave processing, respond to payroll queries, ensure compliance, prepare reports and reconciliations, and drive process improvements.
