- Oversee accurate and efficient sales administration, CRM/ERP processes, and account management.
- Ensure growers consistently receive the best possible returns.
- Develop, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to achieve clear, measurable targets.
- Represent the company at key U.S. and international fresh‑produce trade shows.
- Drive the annual regional budget, forecasting, and commercial performance metrics.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- A B.Comm or similar tertiary qualification (Marketing/International Trade advantageous).
- 8–10+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in fresh produce or perishable FMCG.
- A proven track record of managing key retail accounts and driving commercial strategy.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship‑building ability.
- Resilience, attention to detail, and a highly results‑driven approach.
- Experience with CRM systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite) preferred.
- A structured, disciplined operating style with sound judgement and discretion.
