Collaborates with process, mechanical, E&I engineering teams and fabrication personnel to deliver practical, manufacturable designs.

Leads process design for flares, thermal oxidisers, scrubbers, biogas systems, and gas compression equipment. Owns design bases, heat and mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, control philosophies, safety reviews, and technical deliverables. Supports client HAZOP and SIL reviews, FAT, commissioning, performance testing, troubleshooting, and applications engineering. Develops engineering standards and leads the process engineering team.

Prepare and revise P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, line and equipment lists, and 3D equipment or skid models. Maintain drafting standards, drawing registers, revisions, and document issues for approval, construction, and as-built records. Incorporate client comments and site markups while ensuring accuracy for HAZOP reviews and fabrication.

Lead mechanical design for process equipment and packaged systems, including vessels, columns, combustion chambers, stacks, refractory-lined equipment, and skids. Perform and review engineering calculations, approve drawings and BOMs, establish drawing standards, support fabrication and testing, resolve shop-floor issues, review vendors, and coordinate with process and E&I engineers. Mentor design engineers and draughtsmen while ensuring designs are manufacturable, economical, and compliant with applicable codes.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, blue-collar, shopfloor, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, walk-in drives, hiring-manager coordination, and candidate communication. The role also supports HR operations, employee records, onboarding and exits, attendance, EPF/ESIC enrollment, labor compliance tracking, HR reporting, and employee engagement activities.

Work directly with the founder to lead strategic transformation, build scalable systems and processes, analyze data, develop leadership insights, solve cross-functional operational challenges, and support financial planning, resource allocation, culture, and organizational growth.
