Full-cycle contingent recruiter for mid-to-senior marketing and sales roles. Partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search, screen and present vetted candidates, maintain ATS/Salesforce records, track metrics, and support account management and upsell opportunities.

Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, GL entries, month-end/year-end close, and assist with financial statement preparation and GAAP-compliant reporting. Provide analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.

Administer, configure, and optimize HRIS, time and attendance, and HR platforms; manage integrations, data migrations, reporting, vendor relations, and global client support; ensure data governance, system documentation, and HR operational processes.

Manage employee relations, compliance, and end-to-end offboarding under Philippine labor law. Conduct investigations, execute due process for separations, coordinate government filings, maintain accurate HR records, prepare compliance reports, and improve related processes while partnering with leaders, employees, clients, and agencies.

Support enterprise account teams by managing customer quote requests, forecasting, annuity business, and project-based activities. Research pricing and availability, maintain customer documentation, produce reports, and collaborate across sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders to minimize escalations and deliver strong customer experiences.

Provide high-quality member support via shared inbox, phone, and video; manage renewals and certification support; maintain Salesforce account data; meet KPIs; collaborate cross-functionally; support process scaling and gather member feedback.
