Location: Philippines (Metro Manila / BGC / Makati / Remote PH)
Working Hours: APAC Time Zone Alignment
Employment Type: Full-Time (Employed via local Employer of Record / EOR partner)
Our client is a premier US RevOps and Go-To-Market (GTM) AI consultancy and Diamond-tier CRM partner working exclusively with Private Equity (PE) firms and their portfolio companies. The practice is launching its APAC expansion with a flagship tech software client in the region. We are seeking an elite, executive-ready Revenue Architect | Director of GTM Operations & Business Systems in the Philippines to lead client strategy, systems architecture, and C-suite advisory.
The Revenue Architect | Director of GTM Operations & Business Systems serves as the strategic leader and trusted advisor to our clients, responsible for architecting scalable, sustainable revenue growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. It is a RevOps and GTM leadership position that combines business acumen, systems thinking, and cross-functional alignment to design the frameworks, processes, and roadmaps that drive predictable revenue growth.
Fluency across the revenue technology stack is required, and the work itself is strictly strategic, executive-facing, and advisory—this is not a tactical BPO or administrative execution role. As a Director-level leader, the Revenue Architect partners directly with executive stakeholders to evaluate go-to-market maturity, define "what good looks like," and design actionable, phased growth roadmaps ("Crawl, Walk, Run") that guide both strategy and execution.
They lead internal delivery teams ("Tiger Teams" consisting of Solutions Architects, Developers, and GTM Engineers) to bring these roadmaps to life through technology, process, and enablement. The Revenue Architect owns the client's multi-year picture. They read a revenue operation against the company's size, deal value, and go-to-market motion, form a point of view on what has to change and in what order, and carry that point of view through executive scrutiny into delivery.
Strategic Leadership & Growth Architecture
Client Strategy Leadership: Lead client engagements as the strategic RevOps and GTM owner, translating business goals into clear operational strategies.
Cross-Functional Architecture: Architect scalable revenue systems across the full lifecycle (Marketing, Sales, CS) aligned with Finance, Data, and IT.
C-Suite Discovery: Conduct deep discovery sessions with client executives to diagnose bottlenecks and growth constraints.
Business Model Evaluation: Read a client's operating model against revenue, headcount, and deal value to identify structural and system failure points.
Architecture Blueprinting: Document end-to-end revenue architecture, roles, processes, handoffs, and tech stacks.
Roadmap Design: Develop "Now, Near, and Far" growth roadmaps with practical, measurable milestones.
Trusted Executive Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for C-Suite and VP-level client leaders.
Executive Pushback & Defensibility: Form a clear point of view, state the evidence behind it, and gracefully push back on client executives when their requested tactics conflict with systems logic or growth.
Account Expansion: Identify downstream opportunities tied to client metrics and bring them forward proactively.
GTM Process Design: Lead the optimization of lead management, pipeline flow, forecasting, renewals, and customer handoffs.
Framework Scaling: Build and improve RevOps frameworks from a blank slate or scale existing operations.
SPORT Dimension Diagnosis: Diagnose root causes across all five SPORT dimensions (ownership, process, structure, measurement).
Cross-Functional Alignment: Align client Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance around shared revenue metrics.
Unified Operating Models: Build operating models that tie together marketing, sales, CS, and financial data.
Data-Driven Outcome Focus: Ensure every initiative ties directly to pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and margin impact.
Tiger Team Guidance: Lead internal Tiger Teams (Solutions Architects, Developers, GTM Engineers) to execute strategic roadmaps.
Design Intent Specification: Specify design requirements and data model intent while empowering technical teams to execute the build.
Accountability & Quality: Delegate effectively across roles and hold quality on executive-grade client deliverables.
Strategic Elevation: Serve as a cultural and strategic leader within the consultancy practice, elevating client relationships.
Ecosystem Fluency: Maintain broad, functional knowledge across the RevTech ecosystem:
CRM: HubSpot (Core focus) & Salesforce
Sales Engagement: Salesloft, Outreach, Gong Engage
ABM & BI: Demandbase, 6sense, Power BI, Tableau
Marketing Automation: Marketo, Pardot
Data & Enablement: Gong, Clay, Crossbeam, DealHub, Chili Piper, Zendesk
Integration Logic: Understand data flow between tools, records breakdown at scale, and realistic integration costs. (Must be able to explain how you untangled a messy integration).
Architecture Judgment: Partner with technical teams on build intent. Note: Hands-on configuration is welcome but not required—screening focuses on architecture judgment rather than admin skills.
AI Readiness: Evaluate client data quality and process definitions for AI/automation readiness.
Experience & Background
Seniority: 8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or revenue leadership (Director/VP/Principal level).
Qualifying Paths: Management consulting (Big 4 delivery centers / advisory practices), in-house RevOps leadership at multinational tech/SaaS companies, or leading CRM agency practices.
Systems over Marketing: Pure analytics, systems thinking, or BizOps background required (not traditional creative marketing).
Proven Executive Presence: Exceptional track record of advising C-suite client stakeholders, defending recommendations, and driving strategic buy-in.
Consulting Pedigree: Demonstrated experience in client-facing leadership and strategic delivery.
Graceful Pushback: Strong business acumen with the confidence to challenge executive client assumptions gracefully and constructively.
High-Grade Communication: World-class verbal and written executive communication skills.
Location & Time Zone: Based in the Philippines, working fully aligned with regional APAC / East Asia business hours. Fluent in English.
