Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles: source, assess, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates. Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, use ATS tools, prepare hiring reports, mentor junior recruiters, and support employer branding and compliance.
