Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and
results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition
activities and support the organization’s growth objectives. The successful
candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring
top talent across various functions and levels, including critical and senior
positions. This role requires a strategic recruitment professional with strong
stakeholder management skills, expertise in candidate sourcing and assessment,
and the ability to build robust talent pipelines.
The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with
hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop
effective recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality hires within agreed
timelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle
recruitment, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a proven
track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment
while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for
mid-level, senior-level, and executive positions across multiple business
functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand
workforce requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing
strategies using job boards, professional networks, social media, employee
referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based
on skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational fit.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and
provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including
sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
coordination.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for
critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to
manage candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and improve hiring
efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams
to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by
maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the recruitment
process.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports,
hiring forecasts, and key performance metrics to management.
- Support employer branding initiatives to
attract high-quality talent and strengthen the organization’s reputation as an
employer of choice.
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and
competitor hiring activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior
recruiters and recruitment coordinators where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
employment laws, and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment
agencies, job boards, and talent partners when required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to
optimize recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve
quality-of-hire outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) will be an
added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-5 years progressive recruitment experience.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across
multiple functions and levels, including senior and executive roles.
- Experience working in a corporate environment, recruitment agency,
or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates
within agreed timelines.
- Proficiency in ATS, preferably Zoho Recruit or similar platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job
boards, social media platforms, and talent databases.
- Experience conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and talent
pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment best
practices, and hiring compliance requirements.
- Experience recruiting across diverse industries and job functions.
- Experience leading recruitment projects or mentoring junior
recruiters.
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction
strategies.
- Experience using recruitment analytics and reporting tools to drive
hiring decisions.
