Supports project scheduling for gas power generation construction projects by creating and maintaining resource-loaded CPM schedules, analyzing critical paths and schedule risks, tracking earned value, preparing reports, documenting delays, and facilitating project status meetings. The role trains field personnel, maintains schedule data in enterprise systems, supports contract deliverables, and presents schedule updates to project teams and customers. Work is primarily performed at project sites.

Manages project cost controls, subcontractor and supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, payments, tax compliance, lien waivers, accruals, and monthly reconciliations. Reviews project costs against forecasts, supports SOX compliance, resolves payment issues, and coordinates between job sites, vendors, supply chain, accounts payable, and corporate teams. Trains lower-level employees and helps maintain accurate, timely financial processes.
