Leads and coordinates MultiCare’s information security program, protecting internal IT, e-commerce, web, and cloud systems. Responsibilities include defining security policies and standards, deploying technical controls, strengthening cyber resilience, evaluating emerging security technologies, assessing threats and business impact, implementing incident detection and alerting strategies, designing breach countermeasures, and ensuring compliance with security regulations and privacy laws.

Oversee and develop a pediatric Research and Movement Laboratory, including daily operations, data-collection workflows, equipment, software, hardware, vendor contracts, research projects, grant applications, and program growth. Collect and validate patient movement data, provide clinical and technical support to professional staff, mentor team members on movement analysis technologies, and collaborate with leadership on laboratory strategy and priorities.
