Provide front-office and operational support: answer calls, welcome customers, process and input purchase orders (DOCKLINK, Sage), manage supplies and inventory, maintain facilities and conference rooms, handle documents and reports, prepare training and event materials, operate printing equipment, and support team problem-solving to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Lead optimization and implementation of manufacturing and supply-chain processes to improve productivity, efficiency, yields, costs, and sustainability. Support Procurement with data-driven analysis of material pricing, mix optimization, inventory performance, and vendor metrics. Build dashboards and KPIs in Power BI, extract/transform ERP data, partner with cross-functional teams, and support budgeting, cost variance, and process improvement.

Process and verify supplier invoices, perform three-way matches, reconcile vendor statements, support month-end close and audits, ensure AP policy compliance and timely payments.
