Manage and provide technical direction for electrical engineering design projects across airport facilities, including medium/low-voltage distribution, airfield lighting, emergency power, fire alarm systems. Serve as project manager and COTR, review consultant work, perform construction administration, coordinate stakeholders, ensure code compliance, and oversee commissioning, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.

Coordinate, consolidate, and submit annual O&M budgets, multi-year forecasts, and quarterly financial reports. Monitor spending, perform variance and cost-benefit analyses, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, develop budget procedures and policies, train managers, and use enterprise financial systems or Excel to track and administer budgets.

Manage and continually improve the organization's cybersecurity compliance and governance program. Lead regulatory assessments, audits, vendor risk management, policy development, certification activities, remediation tracking, reporting to executives, cross-functional collaboration, and supervise compliance staff. Support incident response, disaster recovery, and training programs.

Design and prototype web, intranet, and mobile application features; develop interactive, device-agnostic responsive designs; convert content to HTML; conduct usability testing and design thinking workshops; collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers; use DevOps and Agile tools to capture requirements and meet SLAs; support ongoing web and app development and provide after-hours administrator support as needed.

Support cybersecurity compliance by conducting assessments, audits, gap analyses, and risk analyses; track and verify remediation; maintain compliance documentation and metrics; assist audits and evidence collection; research regulatory changes; deliver awareness training; investigate violations and recommend corrective actions; and help improve policies and governance.
