Provides first-level technical support to employees and residents through helpdesk, phone, email, and walk-in requests. Troubleshoots WiFi, Ethernet, Windows 11, tablets, printers, and other equipment; performs password resets and account support; updates websites using WordPress Elementor; researches solutions; and assists with IT projects, rollouts, maintenance, inventory, documentation, and basic wiring. Supports multiple campuses and may provide occasional after-hours assistance.
