Leads talent production by pitching and booking athletes, coaches, celebrities, and other guests across ESPN and Disney platforms. Manages talent relationships, maintains industry contacts, develops story and guest ideas, forecasts show needs, and supports editorial and production teams. Guides less experienced producers and may manage direct reports. The role requires strong sports and entertainment knowledge, excellent communication, leadership, writing, adaptability, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional on-site production support.

Leads investor relations activities, including earnings processes, consensus modeling, investor and analyst engagement, financial analysis, executive presentations, and strategic messaging. Partners with finance teams and senior executives to translate complex financial and operational information into clear communications for the investment community. Oversees high-visibility workstreams, prepares earnings and Board materials, monitors investor sentiment and competitive trends, and improves reporting and communication processes.

Leads architecture, design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery of highly scalable software systems for lodging sales distribution. Owns end-to-end solutions, guides technical initiatives, evaluates emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools, supports project estimation and budgeting, and leads incident response and resiliency improvements. Leads Americas brand commercialization for Disney’s Star Wars, Marvel, and 20th Century portfolios. Develops regional brand strategies and detailed brand plans using performance, financial, consumer, market, retailer, and business insights. Creates presentations and strategic narratives, aligns global and cross-functional stakeholders, represents brands with partners, manages timelines and workstreams, and supervises a direct report. The role is onsite in Glendale and may require weekend availability and business travel.
