Drive large-group sales for a full-service hotel by prospecting and nurturing clients, developing proposals and contracts, representing the hotel at events, maintaining CRM and sales plans, collaborating with operations and revenue teams, and participating in industry organizations to grow business.

Manage third-party payment platforms and AP operations for multi-property environments: reconcile accounts, track expenses, generate reports, train and support users, troubleshoot systems, and use platform analytics for forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.

Oversee hotel financial operations including internal controls, audits, A/R and A/P management, cash and revenue monitoring, tax accruals, and provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and labor reviews.

Lead and coordinate hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance capital projects across the portfolio. Plan, schedule, and oversee technical work to ensure code compliance, manage budgets and invoicing, monitor project progress and quality, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and property engineering teams on renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems.
