The Work-study position is a part-time, federally funded role for students, providing office, technology support, and tutoring with various responsibilities outlined during interviews.

The Energy Audit Intern will assist in energy efficiency assessments, data collection, analysis, and report preparation for various building types, gaining practical experience in the field.

Provide student financial aid counseling, verify and package aid, award and disburse funds, administer federal campus-based programs, assist with veteran benefits, and conduct outreach to students and community.

Lead fundraising and donor relations to support students and campus priorities. Manage a portfolio of 75–150 donors, cultivate prospects, solicit major gifts and sponsorships, draft and track gift agreements, oversee scholarship and fund accounting, coordinate donor engagement and stewardship, and prepare donor-focused proposals.

Lead and manage dual credit processes for Indianapolis-area high school partners. Oversee instructor credentialing and training, track student applications/registrations/grades, ensure NACEP compliance, advise high school students on academic pathways, produce reports, and collaborate with college and K-14 teams to support credential attainment and program implementation.

Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for two schools, overseeing curriculum, budgeting, staffing, faculty development, academic support services, program review, community and industry partnerships, enrollment management, and student success. Represent and promote the schools, ensure accreditation and policy compliance, and may teach assigned courses as needed.

Part-time lab assistant maintains a safe design lab, manages and troubleshoots equipment (3D printers, laser cutters, plotter), assists students with equipment and projects, maintains logs and materials, and supports lab activities.

Manage day-to-day campus testing services operations, ensure exam integrity and security, schedule and report testing activity, supervise proctors and staff, maintain equipment and vendor compliance, manage budget and outreach, coordinate with academic partners, and participate in statewide testing management.
