Part-time Federal Work-Study role for current Ivy Tech students providing customer service, using Microsoft Office and department-specific software, and performing clerical, filing, computing, and telephone duties. Up to 20 hours/week. Candidates must be enrolled at the Lake County campus, have FAFSA on file, demonstrate financial need, and pass background checks.

Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Chancellor and Executive Director for Development and Marketing. Manage daily office operations, communications, scheduling, meeting and board support, event coordination, project execution, travel and invoice processing, and serve as liaison to campus and community stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and alignment with college strategic goals.

Lead campus fundraising, marketing, communications, public and media relations, alumni engagement, and community outreach. Manage major gift pipeline (75–150 prospects), develop campaigns and donor stewardship, advise leadership on messaging, supervise advancement staff, and strengthen regional partnerships to grow philanthropic support and campus visibility.

Coordinate day-to-day administration of apprenticeship programs: manage enrollment, registration, Banner data entry, employer communications, academic advising, compliance reporting, and interdepartmental coordination to support apprentices and grow employer partnerships.

Provide frontline enrollment support to prospective, current, and applied students: assist with admissions, registration, assessment, payment options, onboarding, and first-term advising. Manage caseloads, conduct targeted outreach, maintain electronic case notes, handle inquiries and escalations, present group and one-on-one registration sessions, and refer students to campus resources to promote retention and success. Must follow FERPA and participate in some evening/weekend work.

Provide administrative support to the HR office, assist with talent acquisition (posting positions, reviewing candidates), update personnel files, review and recommend process improvements, and support ongoing initiatives and special projects while maintaining FERPA and regulatory compliance.

Provide part-time IT support for faculty, staff, and students: respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain classroom AV and instructional equipment, perform preventive maintenance, move equipment, and escalate issues to the IT Director as needed.

Lead campus Career Link operations, manage Career Coaching and Talent Connections teams, build employer and community partnerships, advance sustainable funding and performance metrics, provide training and coaching, oversee student placement and work-and-learn initiatives, and support career services programming and events.

The role manages biomanufacturing training programs, ensuring alignment with industry needs and compliance with grant requirements while fostering partnerships.

The Dean oversees academic leadership, budgeting, curriculum, staffing, and student success initiatives while promoting the School's alignment with industry needs and College objectives.
