Duties and Responsibilities
Support the talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, including posting positions, reviewing candidates, and navigating the hiring process.
Review processes and procedures, benchmark best practices, and recommend practical changes to improve the employee experience.
Assist with updating personnel files.
Assist with ongoing initiatives and special projects, as assigned.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Hourly Rate: $15 per hour

Required Qualifications
Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
Must be a currently enrolled, degree-seeking student at Ivy Tech Community College to be eligible for this position.
Must maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must work well in a team environment and exercise sound problem-solving skills.
Must possess the ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess strong customer service skills.
