Support Dean in planning and operating AMEAS programs: manage scheduling, labs, curriculum support, faculty onboarding/mentoring, student success initiatives, employer partnerships, apprenticeships, outreach, accreditation support, grant assistance, and equipment/ budget coordination to align programs with regional workforce needs.

Lead campus fundraising, marketing, communications, public and media relations, alumni engagement, and community outreach. Manage major gift pipeline (75–150 prospects), develop campaigns and donor stewardship, advise leadership on messaging, supervise advancement staff, and strengthen regional partnerships to grow philanthropic support and campus visibility.

Coordinate day-to-day administration of apprenticeship programs: manage enrollment, registration, Banner data entry, employer communications, academic advising, compliance reporting, and interdepartmental coordination to support apprentices and grow employer partnerships.

Coordinate and lead Early College, Indiana College Core, and postsecondary pathway initiatives. Build K-12 partnerships, monitor student progress, support credential attainment and transitions, manage program data and reporting, conduct outreach and school visits, and support continuous improvement and grant reporting to increase student completion and pathway alignment with Ivy Tech credentials.

Provide frontline enrollment support to prospective, current, and applied students: assist with admissions, registration, assessment, payment options, onboarding, and first-term advising. Manage caseloads, conduct targeted outreach, maintain electronic case notes, handle inquiries and escalations, present group and one-on-one registration sessions, and refer students to campus resources to promote retention and success. Must follow FERPA and participate in some evening/weekend work.

Serve as campus chief HR officer and strategic partner to the Chancellor. Lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, HRIS/Workday processes, compliance, organizational development, budget oversight, and staff development to support institutional goals and an inclusive workplace.

Provide administrative support to the HR office, assist with talent acquisition (posting positions, reviewing candidates), update personnel files, review and recommend process improvements, and support ongoing initiatives and special projects while maintaining FERPA and regulatory compliance.

Provide part-time IT support for faculty, staff, and students: respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain classroom AV and instructional equipment, perform preventive maintenance, move equipment, and escalate issues to the IT Director as needed.

Lead campus Career Link operations, manage Career Coaching and Talent Connections teams, build employer and community partnerships, advance sustainable funding and performance metrics, provide training and coaching, oversee student placement and work-and-learn initiatives, and support career services programming and events.

The Dean oversees academic leadership, budgeting, curriculum, staffing, and student success initiatives while promoting the School's alignment with industry needs and College objectives.
