Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality across a multi-org environment (EDA/Education Cloud, Sales Cloud). Build Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC components; manage integrations, DevOps release processes, platform standards, documentation, and test classes while ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory (FERPA) compliance.

Manage major gift pipeline (75–150 prospects), develop campaigns and donor stewardship, advise leadership on messaging, supervise advancement staff, and strengthen regional partnerships to grow philanthropic support and campus visibility.

Coordinate day-to-day administration of apprenticeship programs: manage enrollment, registration, Banner data entry, employer communications, academic advising, compliance reporting, and interdepartmental coordination to support apprentices and grow employer partnerships.

Coordinate and lead Early College, Indiana College Core, and postsecondary pathway initiatives. Build K-12 partnerships, monitor student progress, support credential attainment and transitions, manage program data and reporting, conduct outreach and school visits, and support continuous improvement and grant reporting to increase student completion and pathway alignment with Ivy Tech credentials.

Provide frontline enrollment support to prospective, current, and applied students: assist with admissions, registration, assessment, payment options, onboarding, and first-term advising. Manage caseloads, conduct targeted outreach, maintain electronic case notes, handle inquiries and escalations, present group and one-on-one registration sessions, and refer students to campus resources to promote retention and success. Must follow FERPA and participate in some evening/weekend work.
